摘要
高校食品安全管理属于后勤保障服务工作的重要内容。现阶段,我国大部分高校在学生食品安全管理方面已建立了长效的管理体系,且取得显著成效,但部分高校管理仍采用粗放式管理方式,管理中存在意识不强、手段单一、模式落后等问题。因此,本研究从实际出发,阐述了食品安全的定义及管理的重要性,结合现存问题进行分析,深入探究提升食品安全管理水平的有效方法,为做好食品安全管理工作提供参考。
Food safety management in colleges and universities is one of the important contents of logistics support service.At present,most universities in China have established a long-term management system for students’ food safety management,and achieved remarkable results.However,some colleges and universities still use extensive management mode.There are problems such as lack of awareness,single means and backward mode in management.Therefore,starting from reality,this study expounds the definition of food safety and the importance of management,analyzes the existing problems,and deeply explores the effective methods to improve the level of food safety management,so as to provide reference for doing a good job of food safety management.
