摘要
本文从服务设计的视角分析传统超市购物过程,通过构建用户旅程图和服务蓝图、对传统超市购物流程中的服务触点进行分析,挖掘设计机会点。根据分析,总结超市自助购物系统的功能点,构建服务模型及系统框架并对系统界面进行设计。自助购物系统的设计可以进一步提升用户的超市购物体验,并为线下自助购物服务的设计提供参考。
This paper analyses the traditional supermarket shopping process from the perspective of service design,and explores design opportunities by constructing user journey maps and service blueprints and analysing the service touchpoints in the traditional supermarket shopping process.Based on the analysis,the functional points of the supermarket self-service shopping system are summarised,a service model and system framework are constructed and the system interface is designed.The design of the self-service shopping system can further enhance the supermarket shopping experience of users and provide a reference for the design of offline selfservice shopping services.
