摘要
各地社区通过不断探索,逐步形成需求导向型、宗族文化拓展型、特色资源主导型三大类社区公共文化服务精准供给模式。这些实践探索都呈现出供给主体多元合作、供给内容交叉融合、供给方式灵活多样的特征。但同时,社区公共文化服务供给体系在服务需求识别、服务应用、服务管理、服务评价等环节存在不足。要实现社区公共文化服务的精准供给,应树立协同、合作、需求导向的理念,充分利用大数据技术、自媒体、新媒体平台等,做到服务需求的精准识别、服务应用的精准供给、高效率跨时空的精准管理和过程结果全覆盖的精准评价。
Through continuous exploration,local communities have gradually formed three types of accurate supply mode of community public cultural services,namely,demand-oriented,clan culture expansion and characteristic resource oriented.These practical explorations show the characteristics of multi cooperation of supply subjects,cross integration of supply contents and flexible and diverse supply modes.But at the same time,the supply system of community public cultural services is faced with problems in service demand identification,service application,service management and service evaluation.To achieve the accurate supply of community public cultural services,we should establish the concept of collaboration,cooperation and demand-oriented,make full use of big data technology,we should use media and new media platform to achieve the accurate identification of service demand,the accurate supply of service application,the accurate management of high efficiency across time and space,and the precise evaluation of the full coverage of process results.
