摘要
目的研究耳穴压豆联合艾灸对改善2型糖尿病肾病水肿的效果。方法观察该院2019年8月—2021年8月收治的2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者126例,通过依据抽签法随机分为对照组与研究组,各63例。对照组实施常规干预,研究组在此基础上接受耳穴压豆与艾灸联合干预措施。观察3个月,评估患者疗效、水肿积分、实验室指标(24 h尿蛋白、白蛋白等)的改善。结果研究组、对照组临床疗效率分别为95.24%、82.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组水肿积分均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者24 h尿蛋白水平低于对照组,研究组Na及ALB水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合艾灸能够改善2型糖尿病肾病水肿积分,促进其健康;耳穴压豆与艾灸联合应用能够促使患者24尿蛋白、白蛋白等指标恢复正常水平,对2型糖尿病肾病水肿治疗有积极的现实意义,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with moxibustion on improving edema in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 126 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and edema admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were observed.The control group and the study group were randomly divided into groups according to the method of drawing lots,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received the combined intervention of ear acupoint pressing beans and moxibustion on this basis.After 3 months of observation,the improvement of curative effect,edema score,and laboratory indicators(24 h urine protein,albumin,etc.)were evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy rates of the study group and the control group were 95.24%and 82.54%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the edema scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h urine protein level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of Na and ALB in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing beans combined with moxibustion can improve the edema score of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and promote its health.The combined application of ear acupoint pressing beans and moxibustion can promote the patients'24 urine protein,albumin and other indicators to return to normal levels,which has positive practical significance for the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and edema,and has the value of popularization and application.
