硫酸镁湿热敷联合氦氖激光照射用于肿瘤合并糖尿病PICC静脉炎的干预有效性被引量：4

摘要目的探析肿瘤合并糖尿病经外周中心静脉导管(PICC)患者采取硫酸镁湿热敷联合氦氖激光照射进行干预对预防静脉炎出现的效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2021年1月收治的肿瘤合并糖尿病患者96例为研究对象,所有患者均开展PICC治疗,按照随机数字分组的原则分为对照组(n=48,硫酸镁湿热敷干预)、观察组(n=48,硫酸镁湿热敷联合氦氖激光照射)。对比两组患者静脉炎发生率、静脉炎发生时间、平均置管时间及疼痛评估量表(RIPS)评分等指标。结果观察组患者的静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、观察组患者的静脉炎发生时间、平均置管时间、RIPS评分等指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤合并糖尿病PICC治疗患者采取硫酸镁湿热敷联合氦氖激光照射进行干预能够有效预防静脉炎的出现,还可延长置管时间,减轻患者的疼痛,对改善患者的治疗预后有着积极的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate moist heat compress combined with helium-neon laser irradiation on the prevention of phlebitis in patients with tumor and diabetes peripheral central venous catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 96 patients with cancer and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients needed PICC treatment and were divided into control group(n=48,magnesium sulfate moist-heat compress intervention)and observation group(n=48,magnesium sulfate moist heat combined with helium-neon laser irradiation)according to the principle of random number grouping.The incidence of phlebitis,the occurrence time of phlebitis,the average catheterization time and the pain assessment scale(RIPS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the time of occurrence of phlebitis,average catheterization time,RIPS score and other indicators between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of magnesium sulfate damp-heat compress combined with helium-neon laser irradiation can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis in patients with tumor complicated with diabetes PICC treatment.It can also prolong the intubation time,relieve the pain of the patient,and have a positive effect on improving the treatment and prognosis of the patient.
