摘要
为研究击实功对德遂高速TJ4标段沿线全风化泥质砂岩填料压实特性与破碎特性的影响,采用不同击实功对该填料开展室内击实试验.结果表明,不同击实功下全风化泥质砂岩填料最大干密度为1.839~1.932 g/cm^(3),最佳含水率为10.84%~11.78%.随着击实功的增大,最大干密度随之增大,最优含水率则呈减小的趋势.无论击实功多大,含水率对破碎率的影响均很小.击实后,全风化泥质砂岩填料平均破碎率为20%~40%,级配曲线大幅度向上方偏移,粗颗粒抗变形能力较差而破碎导致细颗粒含量增多,并引起0.075~0.25 mm粒径组含量变化率最大,为击实前的3~4倍,级配由良好变为不良,因此在施工填筑过程中需要控制好填料级配以及碾压次数.
In order to study the effects of compaction work on the densification and crushing characteristics of fully weathered argillaceous sandstone fillers in the TJ4 section of the Deyang-Suining Superhighway,laboratory tests were carried out with different types of compaction work. The results show that the maximum dry density and the optimum water content of the weathered mudstone sandstone under different compaction work are 1.839-1.932 g/cm^(3) and 10.84%-11.78%,respectively. With the increase of the compaction work,the maximum dry density increases,while the optimum water content decreases. No matter how much compaction work, water content has little effect on crushing rate. After compaction,the average breakage rate of fully weathered argillaceous sandstone fillers is 20%-40%,the average gradation curve significantly to the upper part,and the poor ability of coarse particles to resist deformation and breakage results in increased amounts of fine particles, with the change rate of the particle size group 0.075-0.25 mm being the largest, which is 3-4 times of that before compaction, and changes the grading from good to bad. Therefore, in the process of construction filling, it is necessary to control the grading of filler and the times of rolling.
