FOX-7炸药快烤升温速率阈值研究

摘要 为了探究美军标2105-D中对炸药快烤升温速率制定的机理,对装有压装炸药FOX-7的引信进行了两发引信快烤平行试验,研究了FOX-7炸药的快烤响应特性。在此基础上,用数值模拟方法对全引信进行207℃/min和1100℃/min两种升温速率的模拟,并对引信等效模型缩放为原尺寸的0.5、0.75、1、2、3和4倍进行数值模拟,得到不同尺寸下的FOX-7炸药发生快烤的升温速率阈值分别为101℃/min、66℃/min、28℃/min、16℃/min、11℃/min和10℃/min。试验和仿真结果表明:装有FOX-7炸药的引信在207℃/min升温速率快烤情况下,点火位置在传爆药下表面,点火时间59.95 s,点火温度226.33℃;快烤升温阈值随尺寸的增大而减小;美军标2105-D中对炸药快烤升温速率的要求是保证小尺寸含能部件快烤。 In order to explore the mechanism of setting the heating rate of explosive in the US military standard 2105-D,the fast Cook-off parallel test of two fuzes with pressed-load explosive FOX-7 was carried out and the fast Cook-off response characteristics of FOX-7 explosive were studied.On this basis,the numerical simulation method was used to simulate full fuzes at heating rate of 207℃/min and 1100℃/min,and the equivalent model of the fuze was scaled to 0.5,0.75,1,2,3 and 4 times of the original size.The numerical calculations show that the heating rate thresholds for fast cook-off of FOX-7 explosive under different sizes are 101℃/min,66℃/min,28℃/min,16℃/min,11℃/min and 10℃/min respectively.The experimental and simulation results show that the ignition position is on the lower surface of the transfer explosive,the ignition time is 59.95 s and the ignition temperature is 226.33℃of FOX-7 explosive in the fuze at heating rate of 207℃/min;the fast cook-off heating rate threshold decreases as the size increases and the requirement of heating rate of explosives in the US military standard 2105-D for fast cook-off is to ensure fast cook-off of small size energetic components.
