摘要
病例讨论临床教学中最为有效的教学模式之一,其优点在通过实际病例,直观、形象地了解疾病发展及诊治全过程,再通过适当的引导,教学双方各抒己见,达到对疾病更深层次的了解及获得最佳治疗方案,在临床教学中具有不可替代的作用,通过病例讨论不但可以巩固理论知识,真正实现理论与临床相结合,还可以培养学生的临床思维能力,但因教学资源及医疗水平的差异,不同实习基地的实习医师所接受的知识面也存在较大差异,尤其是基层医疗单位,因各种因素导致其在接触病种、医疗水平、教学水平及教学态度等方面与教学医疗单位差距较大,为尽可能缩小及改变这种差距,各单位均在积极寻求解决办法。随着现代通信技术及计算机网络系统的发展,各领域逐步与之融合,医学领域也不除外,其主要表现形式是远程医疗,近年来,国内外均已逐步开展远程医疗,远程病例讨论即为其中之一。目前教学面临着实习生数量多、教学水平参差不齐等问题,文章主要利用远程视频会议系统的优势进行线上病例讨论,探讨其在临床教学中意义。
Case discussion is one of the most effective teaching modes in clinical teaching,which has the advantage of intuitively and vividly understanding the whole process of disease development and diagnosis and treatment through actual cases,and then through appropriate guidance,both sides of the teaching can express their own views to achieve a deeper understanding of the disease and obtain the best treatment plan,which plays an irreplaceable role in clinical teaching.Case discussion can not only consolidate theoretical knowledge.The real combination of theory and clinic can also cultivate students’ clinical thinking ability,but due to the differences in teaching resources and medical level,there are great differences in the range of knowledge accepted by interns in different practice bases.especially in the primary medical units,due to various factors,there is a big gap between the primary medical units and the teaching medical units in the aspects of exposure to diseases,medical level,teaching level and teaching attitude.In order to narrow and change this gap as much as possible,all units are actively looking for solutions.With the development of modern communication technology and computer network system,various fields are gradually integrated with it,with the exception of the medical field,its main form of expression is telemedicine.In recent years,telemedicine has been gradually carried out at home and abroad.Remote case discussion is one of them.At present,teaching is faced with problems such as a large number of interns and uneven teaching level.this paper mainly uses the advantages of remote video conference system to discuss online cases and explore its significance in clinical teaching.
