摘要
目的 研究马斯洛需求层次理论在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法 择取本院在2019年1月—2020年6月手术室接收的护生90名作为研究对象,根据其所选用的护理带教方案差异,将其分为两组,且分别命名为对照组和观察组。其中,对照组护生采取常规护理带教方案,观察组护生采取马斯洛需求层次理论来进行护理带教。对两组护生的理论知识与操作技能进行考核,以评估其教学质量。同时,通过问卷调查,来了解学生对教学的认可度和满意度。结果 观察组护生的理论知识与操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学中的启发能力、教学效果、兴趣培养、尊重学生、教学方法、沟通交流能力、教学能力、教学互动等评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在手术室护理带教中,选用马斯洛需求层次理论进行教学,能够有效地保证护生的理论知识与操作技能掌握状况,且教学中能够培养学生各项能力,从而提高其对教学满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory in operating room nursing teaching.Methods A total of 90 nursing students received in the operating room of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of the nursing teaching scheme selected,they were divided into two groups,which were respectively named as the control group and the observation group.Among them,nursing students in the control group took routine nursing teaching program,and nursing students in the observation group took Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to carry out nursing teaching.The theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups of nursing students were examined to evaluate their teaching quality.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey,to understand the students’ recognition and satisfaction of teaching.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills of nursing students in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of instructive ability,teaching effect,interest cultivation,respect for students,teaching method,communication ability,teaching ability and teaching interaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing students’ satisfaction with teaching in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of operating room nursing,the selection of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory can effectively ensure the students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and cultivate students’ various abilities in teaching,so as to improve their satisfaction with teaching.
