摘要
为进一步增强我国各地危化品储存场所的专项性消防管理成效,及时清除潜在的消防危机,严格控制消防事故的发生。消防部门应重点聚焦危化品储存场所消防监督检查工作的完成质量,正确认识危化品的危险性,精准捕捉危化晶储存仓库选址不当、性质互抵的危化品混存等消防隐患,梳理总结储存场所中消防意识薄弱、消防监督检查边界模糊等消防管理难点,科学采用电气防火、火源把控等措施办法,优化危化品储存场所消防监督检查效果,为社会安定运转筑牢基础。
In order to further enhance the effectiveness of special fire protection management in hazardous chemical storage sites across our country,eliminate potential fire hazards in a timely maimer,and strictly control the occurrence of fire accidents.The fire department should focus on the completion quality of the fire supervision and inspection ofhazardous chemicals storage sites,correctly understand the danger of hazardous chemicals,and accurately capture the fire hazards such as improper location ofhazardous chemicals storage warehouses and mixed storage ofhazardous chemicals of mutually complementary nature.And the fire department should summarize the fire management difficulties such as weak fire awareness and blurred fire supervision and inspection boundaries in storage sites.And the fire department should scientifically adopt electrical fire prevention,fire source control and other measures to optimize the effect of fire supervision and inspection of hazardous chemical storage sites,and build a firm for social stability.
