庐山土壤黑碳分布特征及影响因素

Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Soil Black Carbon in Lushan Mountain

摘要 为了解庐山土壤黑碳(BC)的分布特征及其影响因素,于2018年和2019年在黄山松林、人工扁柏林、次生灌草丛、常绿-落叶阔叶混交林、常绿阔叶林的典型样地采集土壤剖面样品共计56个。采用重铬酸盐氧化法(BCcr)和热氧化法(BCcto)测定土壤黑碳含量,同时测定土壤总有机碳(TOC)含量。结果表明:庐山土壤BCcr含量在1.05-19.86g·kg-1之间,平均值5.74g·kg-1;BCcto含量在0.42-4.50g·kg-1之间,平均值1.90g·kg-1;TOC含量在1.87-84.24g·kg-1之间,平均值为26.94g·kg-1。土壤黑碳含量随土层深度增加而降低,BC/TOC比值随土层深度增加而增大。BCcr与TOC之间存在显著的相关性(P<0.01)。采用BC/TOC比值法对黑碳判源,结果表明生物质燃烧为庐山土壤黑碳主要来源。 With the purpose of understanding the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of soil black carbon in Lushan mountain,we collected a total of 56 soil profile samples in the typical plots of Pinus taiwanensis Hayata,planted forest of Chamaecyparis obtusa(Sieb.et Zucc.)Endl.,secondary shrub-grassland,deciduous and evergreen broadleaved forest,evergreen broad-leaf forest in 2018 and 2019.The contents of black carbon in soil were determined by bichromate oxidation(BCcr)and thermal oxidation(BCcto),and soil total organic carbon(TOC)content was also determined.The results showed that:BCcr content in Lushan mountain ranged from 1.05 to 19.86 g·kg^(-1),with an average of 5.74 g·kg^(-1).BCcto content ranged from 0.42 to 4.50 g·kg^(-1),with an average of 1.90 g·kg^(-1),and TOC content ranged from 1.87 to 84.24 g·kg^(-1),with an average of 26.94 g·kg^(-1).The content of black carbon decreased with the increase of soil depth.Black carbon was enriched in humus layer.The ratio of BC/TOC increases with the increase of soil depth.There was a significant correlation between BCcr and TOC(P<0.01).The BC/TOC ratio method was used to identify the source of black carbon.The results showed that the main source of black carbon in Lushan mountain was biomass combustion.
