摘要
目的探讨采用针对性护理方式对多囊卵巢综合征合并糖代谢异常患者进行干预后获得的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征合并糖代谢异常患者进行护理研究;随机分为常规护理组(给予常规护理干预)和针对性护理组(给予常规护理干预+针对性护理干预),各40例;比较两组患者血糖水平变化、生活质量评分、心境变化以及护理满意度评分。结果护理后,针对性护理组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对性护理组情感、生理、整体、社会评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,针对性护理组恐慌评分以及抑郁评分均低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对性护理组血糖控制、心理护理、服务态度、护理效果评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预方式有效应用后,观察患者血糖水平、生活质量、心境变化以及护理满意度,均获得明显改善,可促进多囊卵巢综合征合并糖代谢异常患者总体护理水平、预后水平双重提升。
Objective To explore the clinical results obtained after intervention in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with abnormal glucose metabolism by means of targeted nursing.Methods Eighty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with abnormal glucose metabolism who were admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for nursing research.Randomly divided into conventional nursing group(given routine nursing intervention)and targeted nursing group(given routine nursing intervention+targeted nursing intervention),each with 40 cases.The changes in blood glucose levels,quality of life scores,mood changes and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the targeted nursing group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the emotional,physiological,overall,and social scores of the targeted nursing group were higher than those of the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the panic score and depression score of the targeted nursing group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of blood glucose control,psychological care,service attitude,and nursing effect in the targeted nursing group were higher than those in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of targeted nursing intervention methods,the patients'blood glucose level, quality of life, mood changes and nursing satisfaction have been observed and significantly improved. It can promote the dual improvement of the overall level of care and prognosis of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with abnormal glucose metabolism.
