摘要
该文主要目的是探索运用精益管理控制公立医院运营成本的实践。为提高公立医院的经济效益,文章首先从公立医院、精益管理以及运营成本的基本概述入手,进而分析公立医院运营成本精益管理控制的重要意义。在此基础上,结合公立医院运营成本管理存在的问题,提出运用精益管理控制运营成本的实践路径,有助于提高公立医院的市场竞争力,希望给其他医院的管理人员提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The main purpose of the paper is to explore the practice of using lean management to control the operating costs of public hospitals.In order to improve the economic benefits of public hospitals,the article starts with a basic overview of public hospitals,lean management,and operating costs.Then analyze the significance of lean management and control of operating costs in public hospitals.On this basis,combined with the existing problems in operating cost management of public hospitals,the practical path of using lean management to control operating costs is proposed,which will help improve the market competitiveness of public hospitals,hope to provide some theoretical reference and reference for the managers of other hospitals.
