摘要
目的探讨正清风痛宁缓释片对骨性关节炎(OA)患者临床疗效及安全性的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年12月广州中医药大学第一附属医院白云医院收治的OA患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用正清风痛宁缓释片治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、关节活动度、炎症介质水平变化情况及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率(91.11%)显著高于对照组(68.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Lysholm评分、关节活动度(ROM)评分及炎症介质白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分及炎症介质IL-1β、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组,Lysholm评分及ROM评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率(4.44%)与对照组(11.11%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正清风痛宁缓释片治疗OA疗效显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,恢复关节活动度及膝关节功能,改善炎症介质水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effect of Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets on the clinical efficacy and safety of osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to Baiyun Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group(45 cases each).The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the study group were given Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets plus conventional Western medicine treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,knee joint function,pain degree,joint mobility,changes in inflammatory factor levels and side effects were observed.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group(91.11%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.89%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the 2 groups of patients had VAS score,Lysholm score,ROM score,inflammatory factor IL-1β,the levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score,inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α,and hs-CRP levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the Lysholm score and ROM score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of side effects in the study group during the treatment period(4.44%)was not statistically significant compared with the control group(11.11%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets are effective in treating osteoarthritis,which can effectively relieve pain,restore joint mobility and knee joint function,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and have high safety.
