摘要
目的探讨对胃肠手术患者给予快速康复护理后对其术后恢复情况以及并发症产生影响。方法将我院2016年8月至2019年4月收治的104例胃肠手术患者按照数字奇偶法分组;护理组(52例)采用传统护理方式+快速康复护理方式展开手术护理,对照组(52例)采用传统护理方式展开手术护理。就组间术后恢复指标(饮食恢复时长、下床活动时长、肛门排气时长)数据、术后不同时刻疼痛评分数据以及术后并发症数据展开对比。结果护理组胃肠手术患者饮食恢复时长(53.25±12.59)h、下床活动时长(80.79±24.13)h、肛门排气时长(75.85±14.52)h均短于对照组(117.85±43.24)h、(119.39±32.25)h、(91.69±35.59)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组胃肠手术患者术后1 d疼痛评分(4.51±1.25)分同对照组(4.54±1.08)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d疼痛评分(1.36±0.41)分、术后7 d评分(0.29±0.12)分均低于对照组(2.49±0.32)分、(1.61±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胃肠手术患者完成护理后,并发症类型主要集中于咽喉疼痛、切口感染以及恶心呕吐方面,护理组胃肠手术患者总并发症发生率(3.85%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理方式有效运用,可使得胃肠手术患者饮食恢复时长、下床活动时长、肛门排气时长均缩短,并对术后疼痛程度以及并发症表现出正性影响,最终实现胃肠手术患者术后快速恢复以及有效预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery and complications of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods One hundred and four cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to April 2019 were divided into groups by digital parity method.Nursing group(52 cases):traditional nursing mode+rapid rehabilitation nursing mode to carry out surgical nursing;control group(52 cases):using traditional nursing method to carry out surgical nursing;postoperative recovery indexes(duration of diet recovery,duration of out-of-bed activity,duration of anal exhaust),postoperative pain score at different times and postoperative complications were compared.Results The dietary recovery time of gastrointestinal surgery patients(53.25±12.59)hours,ambulation time(80.79±24.13)hours,anal exhaust time(75.85±14.52)hours were shorter than the control group(117.85±43.24)hours,(119.39±32.25)hours,(91.69±35.59)hours,The difference was significant(P<0.05).The 1 day postoperative pain score(4.51±1.25)of gastrointestinal surgery patients in the nursing group was compared with that of the control group(4.54±1.08),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The 3 days pain score(1.36±0.41)and 7 days score(0.29±0.12)were all lower than the control group(2.49±0.32)and(1.61±0.36),the difference was significant(P<0.05).After the completion of care in both groups of gastrointestinal surgery patients,the types of complications mainly focus on throat pain,incision infection,nausea and vomiting.The total complication data of gastrointestinal surgery patients in the nursing group(3.85%)was lower than that of the control group(25.00%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of rapid rehabilitation nursing method can shorten the recovery time of diet,activity time of getting out of bed and anal exhaust time of patients with gastrointestinal surgery,and show a positive effect on postoperative pain degree and complications,so as to realize the rapid recovery and effective prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal surgery.
