摘要
对于急性阑尾炎患者术后尿潴留是比较常见的并发症,虽然该病的致死率并不高,但是会严重影响患者的日常生活,还容易引起患者出现肾脏损伤、尿路感染、膀胱功能受损、尿失禁等严重的临床术后并发症,这会给患者带来较大的身体损伤。当患者在术后出现尿潴留并发症时,通常会出现下腹部不舒服、尿痛、尿急、尿等待、尿不尽、尿无力、尿量减少,甚至是无法排尿等临床症状,但也有少数患者虽然出现了尿潴留但并无明显的临床症状。从临床角度上来看,造成患者出现尿潴留的病因比较多,因此,预防和护理措施也要适当进行优化和调整,这样才能使患者保持轻松、积极的心态面对急性阑尾炎手术及术后康复期,避免患者在心理和身体上承受尿潴留带来的不适感,降低患者发生其他并发症的风险,使患者早日康复。本文简要分析了急性阑尾炎患者术后出现尿潴留的主要成因,并在此基础上对临床治疗中的相关防治与护理措施进行了探究。
For acute appendicitis operation, uroschesis is a common complication after treatment. Though the disease does not have a high mortality rate, it can seriously affect patient’s daily life, but if the disease is severe, it will cause patients kidney damage, urinary tract infections, bladder dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and more serious clinical postoperative complications, which will bring larger body injury to patients. When patients have complications of uroschesis after surgery, they usually have clinical symptoms such as lower abdominal discomfort, urination pain, urinary urgency, urine waiting, insufficiency, urine weakness, reduced urine volume, or even inability to urinate. However, there are also a few patients who have uroschesis but have no obvious clinical symptoms. From a clinical perspective, many factors causes can cause uroschesis, therefore, prevention and nursing measures should be optimized and adjusted appropriately, so that patients can maintain a relaxed, positive attitude in the face of acute appendicitis surgery and postoperative convalescence, avoid mental and physical discomfort from uroschesis and reduce the risk of other complications, which can promote patients to recover as soon as possible. This article briefly analyzes the main causes of uroschesis after acute appendicitis operation, on which basis, the related prevention and treatment and nursing measures in clinical treatment are explored.
