摘要
供应商选择和成本控制问题是维系生产企业生存的关键问题.根据给定的数据,本文从供应商供货价格、质量、供货及时性及可持续供货特征等方面,使用熵权法与TOPSIS方法相结合的方法对供应商进行了评估.根据生产企业的需求,结合罚函数法,构造了基于两阶段随机规划模型的订购及转运方案,给出了现有条件下,生产企业产能进一步提升的估计.数值仿真表明,本文给出的方法具有良好的稳定性和可靠性.此外,根据2021年全国大学生数学建模竞赛C题的评阅情况,本文还给出了一些与竞赛相关的建议.
Supplier selection and cost control are key issues related to the market competition of a company.Based on the given data,suppliers are evaluated by using criteria such as order price,quality,on-time-delivery and sustainability.The weights are calculated by entropy weight and TOPSIS method.Comprehensive models are proposed to make decisions of supplier and freight forwarder selection.Penalty functions are introduced to management of decision-making.Numerical simulations show that the architecture presented in this paper has good stability and reliability.In addition,some suggestions are also provided according to 2021 Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling(CUMCM).
