摘要
二维码具有信息存储的丰富性、传输和使用的便捷性,被广泛的应用到社会诸多行业,受到了商家和用户青睐。但是二维码也被不法分子所利用,成为传播病毒、违法信息、恶意程序,实施违法犯罪的新渠道,严重危害了社会稳定和用户的合法权益。在对二维码犯罪特点和类型归纳的基础上,剖析了二维码犯罪产生的根本原因,从完善相关法律法规、加强规范化管理、完善二维码安全技术、加强公安机关对二维码犯罪的治理能力、增强用户风险防范意识等方面提出了二维码犯罪治理防控路径,规避二维码使用安全风险。
QR code has the richness of information storage and the convenience of transmission and use.It is widely used in many social industries and favored by businesses and users.However,QR code has also been used by criminals to become a new channel for spreading viruses,illegal information,malicious programs and committing crimes,which has seriously endangered social stability and the legitimate rights and interests of users.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics and types of QR code crime,this paper analyzes the root causes of QR code crime,and puts forward the governance and prevention path of QR code crime from the aspects of perfecting relevant laws and regulations,strengthening standardized management,perfecting QR code security technology,strengthening the governance ability of public security organs on QR code crime,enhancing users’risk prevention awareness,and avoiding the security risk of QR code use.
