摘要
当前,新冠变异病毒奥密克戎广泛传播,我国疫情防控面临复杂严峻形势。本文学习领会习近平总书记重要讲话精神,针对我国疫情防控面临的挑战,提出了八条工作建议:保持"科学精准、动态清零"的抗疫战略定力;充分认识奥密克戎毒株的特点及精准防控难度;探索适合阻断奧密克戎毒株传播的新版精准防控体系;通过及时精准核酸和抗原检测强化"尽早发现机制";通过优质疫苗充分接种强化"人体免疫屏障";加强基层社区治理体系建设,打造强大的"社区防线";防止抗疫过度挤兑医疗资源造成次生灾害;开展抗疫成本统计核算,努力以最小代价获得最大防控效果。
The widespread transmission of the Omicron variant of COVID-19 has plunged China into a complex and severe situation of epidemic prevention and control.Based on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches,this paper puts forward eight suggestions to tackle the challenges of epidemic prevention and control in China:maintaining the"zeroCOVID"strategy,fully understanding the characteristics of the Omicron strain and the difficulties in precise prevention and control,exploring a new version of precise prevention and control system to block the spread of the Omicron strain,enhancing the"early detection mechanism"through timely nucleic acid and antigen testing,strengthening"human immune barrier"through full inoculation of high-quality vaccines,consolidati ng the construction of comm unity-level governance systems to create strong"community defense line",preventing secondary disasters caused by the excessive run of epidemic prevention and control on medical resources,and calculating the prevention and control costs to achieve maximum effects at minimum costs.
