摘要
阐述心理韧性的定义、测量工具、结直肠癌患者心理韧性及其影响因素,以及干预研究进展。建议开展本土化心理韧性测量工具和模型的研究,通过纵向追踪、混合方法研究和多层面的干预研究,开展更深入广泛的探索,为进一步提高结直肠癌患者心理韧性提供依据。
The definition,measurement tools,influencing factors and research progress of resilience in colorectal cancer patients were described.It is suggested to develop indigenous tools and models for measuring resilience,and carry out more in-depth and extensive exploration through longitudinal follow-up,mixed method research and multi-faceted intervention research to provide evidence for further improving resilience of patients with colorectal cancer.
