摘要
环境温度变化对液压操动机构的机械特性(含缓冲特性)影响较大,特别是温度较低的运行环境,甚至会影响到产品的可靠运行。文中通过液压弹簧操动机构仿真建模,对其机械特性进行了仿真分析,研究了液压弹簧操动机构在不同温度下的机械特性(含缓冲特性),重点对低温工况下的低温特性进行了分析和试验研究,为液压弹簧操动机构的优化设计以及运维提供了依据。
The variation of ambient temperature has a great influence on the mechanical characteristics(including buffering characteristics)of the hydraulic operating mechanism,especially in the low temperature operating environment,and even affects reliable operation of the product. In this paper,through the simulation modeling of the hydraulic spring operating mechanism,its mechanical characteristics are simulated and analyzed. The mechanical characteristics(including buffering characteristics)of the hydraulic spring operating mechanism under different temperatures are studied,and the low temperature characteristics under low temperature conditions are analyzed and tested,which provide the basis for the optimal design and operation and maintenance of the hydraulic spring operating mechanism.
