摘要 针对目前众多行业中都需要解决的高效率下恒张力恒速度卷绕控制问题,以典型的收放卷系统为研究对象,提出了一套完整的恒张力恒速度控制方案,对关键部分进行了建模,并在张力控制中引入了积分分离和可变参数的PI算法,同时进行了相关实验,验证了算法的有效性。该系统以西门子S7-1500的PLC为控制核心,交流同步伺服电机为执行器,通过张力传感器和增量编码器获取张力和线速度反馈值,经过PLC运算后分别控制收卷辊和放卷棍电机的转速来达到恒张力、恒速度的控制。 Aiming at the problem of constant tension and constant speed winding control under high efficiency,which needs to be solved in many industries.Taking the typical winding system as the research object,this paper presents a complete set of constant tension and constant speed control scheme.Then models the key parts and introduces the PI algorithm of integral separation and variable parameters into the tension control.At the same time,relevant experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.The system takes the PLC of Siemens S7-1500 as the control core and the AC synchronous servo motor as the actuator.The tension and linear speed feedback values are obtained through the tension sensor and incremental encoder.After PLC operation,the speed of the winding roller and unwinding rod motor are controlled respectively to achieve the control of constant tension and constant speed.
