摘要
目的:比较不同体位固定技术在宫颈癌放射治疗中的摆位误差及重复性。方法:选择2021年1—8月南通大学附属肿瘤医院收治的78例需要采用放射治疗的宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为真空垫组、体膜组和联合组(n=26)。真空垫组患者采用单纯的真空垫固定技术,体膜组患者采用单纯的热塑体膜固定技术,联合组采用真空垫+体膜固定技术。比较3种体位固定技术的摆位误差和误差率。结果:体膜组患者的摆位误差在X轴、Y轴及Z轴方向上均小于真空垫组,联合组患者的摆位误差在X轴、Y轴及Z轴方向上均小于体膜组(P<0.05)。结论:与真空垫相比,热塑体膜固定技术在宫颈癌放射治疗中的摆位误差较小,误差率较低;与真空垫和热塑体膜相比,真空垫+体膜固定技术在宫颈癌放射治疗中的摆位误差更小,重复性更佳,能更好地降低患者的呼吸幅度,提高放疗的准确性。
Objective:To compare the placement error and repeatability of different position fixation techniques in radiotherapy of cervical cancers.Methods:From January to August 2021,78 patients who required radiotherapy for cervical cancers in Tumor Hospital Affilated to Nantong University were selected as subjects.All patients were divided into vacuum pad group,body membrane group and combination group according to the random number table method(n=26).Patients in the vacuum pad group were treated with a simple vacuum pad fixation technique.The patients in the body membrane group were treated with a simple thermoplastic film fixation technique,and the combined group was vacuum pad+body membrane fixation.Compare the placement error and error rate of three body position fixing techniques.Results:The placement error of the patients in the body membrane group was smaller than that of the vacuum pad group in the X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis directions.The placement error of the combined group was smaller than that of the body membrane group in the X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis directions.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with vacuum pad,thermoplastic film fixation technology has less placement error and lower error rate in cervical cancer radiotherapy;compared with vacuum pad and thermoplastic film,vacuum pad+body film fixation technology in the abdomen the placement error in tumor radiotherapy is smaller and the repeatability is better,which can better reduce the respiratory range of patients and improve the accuracy of radiotherapy.
