双三相永磁同步电机合成电压矢量直接转矩控制 被引量:3

Synthetic Voltage Vector Direct Torque Control of Dual Three-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要 针对传统多相电机的直接转矩控制算法在运行过程中存在转矩脉动和大量电流谐波的问题,提出了一种基于合成电压矢量的改进直接转矩控制算法。利用双三相永磁同步电机电压矢量丰富的特点,结合高阶滞环控制器的优点,在电机运行时减小转矩脉动。以电压矢量在谐波平面的电压分量等于零为约束条件,构造三组合成电压矢量。使用合成电压矢量替代传统电压矢量,达到降低电流谐波的效果。仿真结果表明,改进的直接转矩算法可以有效减小谐波电流和转矩脉动,具有良好的运行性能。 In order to solve the problems of torque pulsation and large amount of current harmonics in the conventional direct torque control of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,an improved direct torque control algorithms based on synthetic voltage vectors were proposed.Taking advantage of the abundant voltage vectors of the double three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and the advantages of the high order hysteresis controller,the torque ripple was reduced when the motor is running.Taking the voltage component of the voltage vector in the harmonic plane equal to zero as the constraint condition,three combination vectors were constructed.The synthetic voltage vector was used to replace the traditional voltage vector to reduce the current harmonics.The simulation results show that the improved direct torque algorithm can effectively reduce the harmonic current and torque ripple,and has good operation performance.
