摘要
通过对电站电气性能指标测试要求及相关测试标准进行分析,研究了一种基于综合性能测试系统的电站电气性能指标测试方法。测试系统由上位机、网络通信模块、控制系统、数据采集系统、模拟负载、冷却风机等部分组成,采用虚拟仪器技术结合综合分析评价算法,智能化程度高,实现了对电站电气性能指标的自动测试、分析及评价。在实际应用中证明:其系统稳定性高,具有较高的检测精度,使用方便快捷,提高了检测效率,降低了对检测人员的技术依赖性。
By analyzing the test requirements and relevant test standards of the electrical performance index of the power station,a test method of the electrical performance index of the power station based on the comprehensive performance testing systems is studied.The testing system is composed of upper computer,network communication module,control systems,data acquisition systems,simulated load,wind control and cooling system,etc.It adopts virtual instrument technology combined with comprehensive analysis and evaluation algorithm,which has a high degree of intelligence and realizes the electrical performance index of the power station,automated testing,analysis and evaluation.In practical applications,it is proved that the system has high stability,high detection accuracy,convenient and quick use,which improves detection efficiency,and reduces technical dependence on detection personnel.
