摘要
“专业思政”是“课程思政”的深化和拓展,是高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要抓手.在成果导向(OBE)理念指引下,研究探索食品质量与安全专业“专业思政”的建设路径,通过构建专业核心价值体系、确定“专业思政”和“课程思政”路线、提升专业课教师思政教育能力和水平、遵循人才成长规律开展精准“专业思政”、构建三全“专业思政”育人格局,形成三全“专业思政”立体化育人体系,持续提升“专业思政”育人成效.
"Professional ideological and political education"is the deepening and expansion of"curriculum ideological and political education"and an important starting point for colleges and universities to realize the funda-mental task of building morality and cultivating people.Under the guidance of outcomes-based education(OBE)concept,research and explore the construction path of"professional ideological and political"of food quality and safety specialty,and build a three-level"professional ideological and political"education pattern by building a pro-fessional core value system,determining the route of"professional ideological and political"and"curriculum ideo-logical and political",improving the ideological and political education ability and level of professional course teachers,carrying out accurate"professional ideological and political"in accordance with the law of talent growth,forming a three-dimensional education system of"professional ideological and political"and continuously improve the effectiveness of"professional ideological and political"education.
