摘要
目的观察联合筋膜鞘悬吊术协同提上睑肌缩短术矫正先天性重度上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2019年1月至2019年12月于我院收治的40例(56眼)重度上睑下垂患者均采用联合筋膜鞘悬吊术协同提上睑肌缩短术治疗。其中男18例(22眼),女22例(34眼)。年龄5-31岁,平均年龄17.50±4.30岁。随访6~12个月(平均8.20±3.50个月)。对术后上睑下垂矫正程度,睑裂闭合情况及并发症进行分析。结果39例(55眼)均得到满意矫正,1例(1眼)出现轻微过矫,2例(2只眼)出现颞上穹隆结膜脱垂,其他患者均无严重并发症发生。结论联合筋膜鞘悬吊协同提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性重度上睑下垂的疗效确切,复发率低,并发症少,符合眼睑生理性活动,术后眼睑形态更自然,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of a procedure using conjoint fascial sheath and levator palpebrae muscle flap suspension in the correction of severe congenital blepharoptosis Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,40 cases(56 eyes)of severe congenital blepharoptosis patients in our hospital were treated with conjoint fascial sheath and levator palpebrae muscle flap suspension.There were 18 males(22 eyes)and 22 females(34 eyes).The average age was17.50±4.30years(range 5-31 years).All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months(mean 8.20±3.50 months).We analyzed the correction degree of postoperative blepharoptosis,the condition of eyelid closure and complications.Results 39 cases of blepharoptosis were satisfactorily corrected,1 case(1 eye)had slight overcorrection.Conjunctival prolapse of superior temporal fornix occurred in 2 cases(2 eyes).No serious complications occurred in other patients.Conclusions Combined with fascial sheath suspension and levator palpebrae muscle shortening in the treatment of congenital severe blepharoptosis has definite curative effect,low recurrence rate,less complications,which is in line with the physiological activity of eyelid,and the postoperative eyelid is more natural,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
