摘要
吲哚是吡咯和苯并联的化合物,又称苯并吡咯,化学式为C_(8)H_(7)N。吲哚作为一种重要的精细化工原料,广泛存在于自然界中,其衍生物通常具有良好的药理活性。针对不同结构的吲哚衍生物,就其在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抑菌、消炎、抗阿尔茨海默病等方面的生物活性进行概述,以期为该类化合物在药物方面的研究提供参考。
Indole is a compound of pyrrole and benzene in parallel, also known as benzopyrrole. The chemical formula is C_(8)H_(7)N. As an important fine chemical raw material, indole compounds widely exits in nature, and their derivatives usually have good pharmacological activities. In this article, indole derivatives with different structures were introduced,and their biological activities in anti-tumor, anti-virus, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-Alzheimer’s disease and other aspects were summarized, which could provide some reference for the research of this kind of compounds in medicine.
