摘要
目的探究可调节人工晶状体在放射状角膜切开术后白内障超声乳化术中的应用效果。方法回顾性病例研究。选择2017年6月至2020年6月我院收治的具有放射状角膜切开术手术史白内障患者64例(100只眼)作为研究对象,选择单焦点人工晶状体植入者31例(50只眼)作为对照组,选择可调节人工晶状植入者33例(50只眼)作为研究组,术前、术后3个月评估患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、等效球镜度、角膜散光、角膜内皮细胞密度以及中文版25项美国国家眼科研究所视觉功能问卷调查(NEI-VFQ-25)评估患者的视觉相关生活质量。结果术后3个月,两组患者的BCVA均显著提高,等效球镜度显著降低,角膜内皮细胞密度显著降低,但两组患者间的差异无统计学意义。研究组患者的近距离工作维度评分、远距离工作维度评分较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义。结论可调节晶状体可有效提高患者生活质量水平。
Objective To explore the effect of adjustable intraocular lens for cataract phacoemulsification after radial keratotomy.Methods Retrospective case study.100 eyes of 64 cataract cases with a history of radial keratotomy in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the objects,31 cases(50 eyes)who received phacoemulsification and single-focal intraocular lens implantation were selected as the control group.Thirty-three cases(50 eyes)who received phacoemulsification and adjusted intraocular lens implantation were selected as the research group.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),equivalent spherical power,corneal astigmatism,corneal endothelial cell density were analyzed.Using the Chinese version of the 25-item national eye institute visual function questionnaire(NEI-VFQ-25)to assess the vision-related quality of life of patients.Results Three months after the operation,the BCVA of all the patients were significantly improved,the equivalent spherical degree and the corneal endothelial cell density were significantly reduced,but the difference between the two groups has no statistically significance.The scores of the short-distance work dimension and the long-distance work dimension were higher in the study group as compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Adjustable lens implantation can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life at close and long distances.
