摘要
竞技健美操在1'20''左右的高强度、快节奏的伴奏下,完成A、B、C、D四类中9~10个难度动作、过渡链接、操化动作、托举动作,在这样短暂的时间里,需要强大的力量素质做支撑,以完成高质量的动作。其中,力量素质训练发挥着重要的作用。该文通过竞技健美操的概念和特征及竞赛规则要求,分析力量素质在竞技健美操运动中的重要性,并对训练方法进行探索,总结科学合理的训练方法和注意事项,从而提高竞技健美操运动员的技术和能力。
Under the high intensity and fast rhythm accompaniment of 1'20"or so,competitive Aerobics completes 9~10 difficult movements,transition links,aerobics movements and lift movements in categories A,B,C and D.In such a short time,it needs excellent strength quality to support in order to complete high-quality movements.Among them,strength quality training plays an important role.Through the concept and characteristics of competitive aerobics and the requirements of competition rules,this paper analyzes the importance of strength quality in competitive aerobics,explores the training methods,and summarizes the scientific and reasonable training methods and precautions,so as to improve the skills and ability of competitive aerobics athletes.
