Research on the Fault Zone,Entrepreneurial Bricolage and Performance of“Livestream Marketing plus Small Farmers”Venture Syndication Teams

摘要从团队断裂带视角探究如何提高“直播带货+小农户”联合创业团队创业绩效有重要的理论和实践意义。基于交流可视化理论、社会认同理论和网络嵌入理论,收集121个团队的621份配对调查问卷,运用SPSS、MPLUS软件分析得出:信息认知断裂带对创业绩效有显著正向影响,创业拼凑在信息认知断裂带和创业绩效之间起中介作用;社会分类断裂带对创业绩效的负向影响不显著,加入创业拼凑作为中介变量后,负向影响显著;人际信息交互、人际信任关系、电商网络关系嵌入对整个路径发挥起正向调节作用。为此,在实践中,直播方和小农户应构建信息互补型创业团队,利用社会不同结构洞位置的异质资源,加深可视化信息交流,依托智能物联网形成互信关系,嵌入电商组织生态圈。 It has great theoretical and practical significance to explore how to improve the entrepreneurial performance of“livestream marketing and small farmers”venture syndication teams from the perspective of team fault zone.Based on the theory of communication visualization,social identity and network embeddedness,621 paired questionnaires from 121 teams were collected.Sample data analysis was conducted by using SPSS,MPLUS software,the research conclusion shows that the information cognitive fault zone has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial bricolage mediates the indirect effect of information cognitive fault line and entrepreneurial performance.The negative impact of social categorization fault line on entrepreneurial performance is not significant,entrepreneurial bricolage mediates the indirect effect of social categorization fault line and entrepreneurial performance.Interpersonal information interaction,interpersonal trust relationship,e-commerce network relationship embeddedness play a positive role in moderating the whole path.Therefore,in practice,staff of livestream teams and small farmers should construct information complementary entrepreneurial teams,make use of heterogeneous resources of different social structural holes,deepen the visual information exchange,rely on the intelligent internet of things to form mutual trust relationships,embed in the e-commerce organization ecosystem.
