Observation on the effect of meticulous nursing management on shortening the issuance time of physical examination report in physical examination department

摘要目的:探讨精细化护理管理对缩短体检科体检报告出具时间的效果。方法:选择2019年1月1日—2019年12月30日的体检人员100例,采用数字双盲法分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规体检护理,观察组接受精细化护理管理。比较两组体检时间、体检报告出具时间等指标。结果:观察组体检时间、个人体检报告出具时间均短于对照组,体检健康知识掌握情况总分、体检护理服务质量总分、护理服务满意度总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体检人员接受精细化护理管理,可有效提高体检健康知识掌握水平,缩短体检时间和体检报告出具时间,保证体检护理服务质量,提高护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing management on shortening the time for issuance of physical examination reports in the physical examination department.Methods:All 100 medical examiners who underwent a physical examination in the medical examination department of our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 30,2019 were divided into two groups using a prospective digital double-blind method.The control group received routine physical examination and nursing,and the observation group received refined nursing management.The time of physical examination and the time of issuing the physical examination report were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group's physical examination time and personal physical examination report issuance time were shorter than those of the control group,the total scores of physical examination health knowledge,the total scores of physical examination nursing service quality,and the total scores of nursing service satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acceptance of refined nursing management by medical examiners can effectively improve the level of physical examination health knowledge,shorten the time of physical examination and the time for the issuance of physical examination reports,ensure the quality of physical examination and nursing services,and have a higher nursing satisfaction.
