摘要
目的:观察绿色通道对颅脑损伤患者急救效果以及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院收治的颅脑损伤患者66例,根据入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组实施常规院内急救措施,观察组给予急诊绿色通道急救措施。对比两组急救效果、急救耗时及出院后1个月生活质量水平。结果:观察组急救总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05)。观察组就诊到达时间、病情评估时间、接诊时间及急救时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院后1个月生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在颅脑损伤患者的救治过程中通过急诊绿色通道进行救治,能提高急救效果,缩短急救耗时,改善生活质量,可在临床广泛推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of emergency green channel on the first aid effect and quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 66 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to Hubei 672 Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission time,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hospital emergency measures,and the observation group was given emergency green channels.The first aid effect,first aid time and quality of life at 1 month after discharge were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of first aid in the observation group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 75.76% in the control group(P<0.05).The arrival time,condition assessment time,consultation time and first aid time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group at 1 month after discharge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating patients with craniocerebral injury,the emergency green channel can improve the first aid effect,shorten the emergency time,and improve the quality of life,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
