摘要
酒精中毒性小脑变性(ACD)是一种中毒性共济失调疾病。临床表现以下肢和躯干的小脑性共济失调为主,常呈阔基底站姿和步态,行走不稳。目前西医治疗尚无特效药,中西医结合疗法从整体观念出发,可改善患者身体素质及生活能力,提高治疗效果,减轻药物不良反应。介绍中西医结合治疗酒精中毒性小脑变性1例。
Alcoholic cerebellar degeneration(ACD)is a toxic ataxia.The clinical manifestations are mainly cerebellar ataxia of the lower limbs and trunk,often showing wide basal standing posture and gait,and unstable walking.At present,there is no specific drug for western medicine treatment.The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the physical quality and living ability of patients from the overall concept,improve the treatment effect and reduce the toxic and side effects of drugs.A case of toxic cerebellar degeneration in alcohol treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was introduced.
