摘要
井口抬升现象严重影响油气井正常生产作业,属于严重的井筒完整性问题,与生产过程中产生的复杂的温度变化和压力变化密切相关。文章分析世界范围内的主流水下井口系统及其特点;研究预防井口抬升监测和预测方式,包括井口位移监测、井口温度监测、产量及环空压力监测和软件仿真模拟预测等;研究水下井口抬升预防方案,包括保证表层套管下深上返、安装套管热补偿装置、限定生产井产量、使用隔热技术、减少套管自由段、提高固井质量和使用水下井口防抬升锁紧环等。
The phenomenon of wellhead uplift seriously affects the normal production operation of oil and gas wells,which is a serious wellbore integrity problem and closely related to the complex temperature and pressure changes in the production process. The mainstream underwater wellhead systems in the world and their characteristics are analyzed, and the monitoring and prediction methods of preventing wellhead uplift are studied, including wellhead displacement monitoring,wellhead temperature monitoring, production and annulus pressure monitoring and software simulation prediction. The prevention scheme of underwater wellhead uplift is studied, including ensuring the deep return of surface casing, installing casing thermal compensation device, limiting the production of production wells, using heat insulation technology, reducing the free section of casing, improving cementing quality and using anti-lifting locking ring of underwater wellhead, etc.
