摘要
结合飞机起落架站位式脉动生产线项目,从系统工程和智能制造出发,通过流程再造、站位式管理,依据型号研制网络图、DELMIA软件Process Definition模块分析及站位能力评估,确定较为优化的起落架站位划分。从起落架装配试验流程,规划各站位分离面,寻求各站位生产节拍基本相同等方面,研究了装配工艺仿真、智能排产、视觉引导、自动对接等方面的关键技术,打通了起落架站位式脉动装配生产线的产品研制过程,实现了高效化、专业化生产,并显著提高了生产效率,缩短了生产周期。站位式脉动生产线智能制造技术为建设柔性、智能、脉动的起落架装配系统提供了技术支持。开展飞机起落架站位式脉动生产线智能制造技术研究是提升起落架质量、性能、效率的必经之路。
Combined with the aircraft landing gear station type pulsating production line project,from the perspective of system engineering and intelligent manufacturing,through Process reengineering,station type management,and according to model development network diagram,Process Definition module analysis of DELMIA software and station capacity assessment,the more optimized landing gear station division was determined.From the landing gear assembly test flow,planning a parting surface of stations,seeking stations production rhythm basic same,studied the key technology including the assembly process simulation,intelligent production scheduling,visual guide,automatic docking and so on,we created the gear position type pulse assembly line process of product development process,realized the efficient,professional production,improved the production efficiency,and reduced production cycle time.The intelligent manufacturing technology of station type pulsating production line provided technical support for the construction of flexible,intelligent and pulsating landing gear assembly system.It was the only way to improve the quality,performance and efficiency of landing gear to develop research on intelligent manufacturing technology of landing gear position pulsating production line.
