摘要
目的:观察补肾活血方配合关节清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组予关节清理术治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予补肾活血方治疗;疗程为1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、Lysholm评分、炎症因子水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分及TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8水平均显著降低,Lysholm评分均显著升高,且治疗组变化幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组总有效率达92.50%,显著高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:补肾活血方配合关节清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,降低炎症因子水平,提高膝关节功能和临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue formula and joint debridement on knee joint osteoarthritis and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:80 cases of selected patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by joint debridement,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Huoxue formula on the basis of control group.VAS score,Lysholm score,inflammatory factor level and clinical efficacy of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment in both groups,VAS score and the levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-8 were significantly decreased,while Lysholm score was significantly increased;the change range of treatment group was greater than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue formula and joint debridement for treating knee joint osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the knee joint function and clinical efficacy.
