摘要
习近平生态文明思想的理论意义在于其具有特色鲜明的时代表征与理论品质,构成了当代中国的马克思主义生态学、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系的重要组成部分和中国共产党与时俱进的环境治国理政方略。其实践意义则在于,推动国家生态环境公共政策体系重建,实现生态环境治理体系与治理能力的现代化;促进社会整体制度框架的生态化重构,将生态文明建设融入其他“四大建设”各方面和全过程;引领社会公众主体观念行为的绿色重塑,牢固树立社会主义生态文明观。
The theoretical significance of Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization lies in its distinctive theoretical contribution based on its contemporary expression and theoretical character,that is,it constitutes the Marxist ecology theory in contemporary China,an important part of the ideological system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and the environmental governance strategy of the Communist Party of China in keeping with the times.The practical significance of Xi Jinping Thought on ecological civilization lies in promoting the reconstruction of the national environmental public policy system,especially realizing the modernization of the environmental governance system and its capacity,promoting the ecological reconstruction of the overall social institutional framework,integrating ecological civilization progress into all aspects and the whole process of the other "four major constructions",and leading the green reshaping of the concept and behavior of social public subjects,especially firmly establishing the concept of socialist ecological civilization.
