摘要
[目的/意义]研究重大疫情网上网下信息交互机制,把握网络舆情态势,辅助政府决策。[方法/过程]基于心理学SOR模型,挖掘重大疫情网上网下信息交互行为的“刺激-意识-行为”链式逻辑,构建结构方程模型,分析重大疫情刺激下网上网下信息交互影响要素,据此确定信息交互机制并得出相关研究启示。[结果/结论]疫情事件刺激与信息感知、认知和信任意识有显著正向关系,信息感知、信任意识与信息交互行为有显著正向关系,信息认知意识与信息交互行为不具有显著的相关性。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study the online to offline information interaction mechanism of major epidemic to grasp the network public opinion situation and assist the government in decision-making.[Method/process]Based on SOR model in psychology it finds out the“stimulus-consciousness-behavior”chain logic of online to offline information interaction in major epidemic situations establishes structural equation model analyzes influencing factors of the online to offline information interaction and then confirms the information interaction mechanism and obtains relevant research enlightenment.[Result/conclusion]The stimulus of epidemic events has a significant positive relationship with information perception and trust awareness information perception and trust awareness have a significant positive relationship with information interaction behavior and information cognition and information interaction behavior has no significant correlation.
