摘要
面对现阶段绿色建筑设计过程中的诸多问题,如何从根本上系统化阐明绿色建筑设计的价值观体系及出发点,并将这些内容进行有效地分解,明确绿色建筑设计的方法与策略,最终从全生命周期的角度指导新时代高质量绿色建筑的设计,是研究所试图解决的核心和关键问题。本研究基于全国范围内的案例调研、专家访谈及多次会议讨论,明晰了新时代高质量绿色建筑设计的核心价值观、绿色理念的目标方向和重要的思考方式,实现了绿色建筑理念的创新梳理;建立了以建筑师主导全专业协同的正向整合设计模式,形成了基于方法检索和多元评估的绿色设计实施路径,实现了绿色设计体系的重新构建;重新梳理了基于地域气候全专业、各阶段的绿色设计要素,尤其在场地、形态、空间、行为等方面具有显著的突破意义,实现了绿色设计要素创新,以实践总结为基础,实现了科学研究与设计实践互相依托、不断完善的实施应用创新。项目技术体系直接推广应用超过40个设计项目,实现了可控投资下的有效节能减碳,具有良好的社会、经济及环境效益。
Facing many problems in the current Green Building design process,this research tries to solve the core and key problem on how to clarify the value system and starting point of Green Building design,effectively classify Green Building related elements,clarify the methods and strategies of Green Building design,and finally guide the high-quality design of Green Buildings fundamentally and systematically in the new era from the perspective of the whole life cycle.Based on nationwide case studies,expert interviews and discussions,this research innovated a new concept of Green Building,clarified the core values and goal direction of high-quality Green Building design in the new era,and re-established the systematical thinking mode of green concept implementation.The positive integration design mode of all-major-participated collaboration led by architects is established.The implementation routine of green design based on method retrieval and multiple evaluation is formed.And finally,the complete green design system is reconstructed.In addition,Green Building design elements of each design major and different design stages are also recognized,especially those with great significance in site,form,space and behavior.Based on pilot projects practice,the implementation and application innovation of mutual support and continuous improvement between scientific research and design practice is realized.The technical system of this research has been directly applied in more than 40 design projects,and achieved effective energy conservation and carbon reduction under limited investment,which has good social,economic and environmental benefits.
