摘要
在高等学校“双一流”建设背景下,学校、学科和学生是建设的三大基本要素,但是传统教育模式无法满足需求,“双创”教育在一定程度上开辟新的教育模式,但存在实施不易、效果不明显的缺陷。文章通过对素质教育现状、大学生学习特点和人才培养模式的分析,提出项目主导的项目驱动型人才培养模式,将学生和教师有机连接,将素质教育和科学研究有机融合,必将有效推动高校素质教育改革和学科发展。
Under the background of"Double First-class"construction of universities,disciplines&undergraduates are the fundamental factors of construction,but the previous education mode can't meet the demand.Although"Innovation&Entrepreneurship Education"explores a new way of education mode in some extent,it has the defect of"hard-enforcement,non-significant effect".By means of analysis on the situation of quality-oriented education,learning character of undergraduate&talent cultivation mode,project-oriented talent cultivation mode is set up.The mode link the undergraduate&teacher organically,merge quality-oriented education&scientific research,will promote reformation of quality-oriented education and discipline development effectively.
