摘要
目的:构建骨髓细胞资源库并比较基于骨髓细胞资源库的血液学检验及实验教学与传统的实验教学效果的差异。方法:以2020级医学检验技术专业2个班(94名)学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,两组学生均进行4课时的实验课程。其中对照组学生使用传统的教学方式,实验组利用骨髓细胞资源库进行教学,统计分析教学效果的满意度、评估学生的自主学习能力、实验考核成绩等信息。结果:基于骨髓细胞资源库进行实验教学(实验组)的学生对课堂的满意度更高(P<0.05),且新的教学方法更利于提高学生的自主学习能力、实验报告书写质量以及电子图片考试成绩(P<0.05)。结论:骨髓细胞资源库有助于提高学生的自主学习能力,扩宽学生的学习渠道,促进以学生为中心的教学模式的形成。
Objective:To construct the bone marrow cell bank and compare the effect of experiment teaching of hematological examination based on the bone marrow cell bank and that of the traditional experiment teaching.Methods:94 Students of two classes with the major of medical laboratory technology enrolled in 2020 were taken as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experiment group.The two groups of students took the experiment course lasting for 4 class hours.Among them,the traditional teaching method was used for the students in the control group,while the bone marrow cell bank was used for the teaching of students in the experiment group.The satisfaction with the teaching effect,the evaluation of the autonomous learning ability of students,results of the experiment examination,and other information were statistically analyzed.Results:The students receiving the experiment teaching(experiment group)based on the bone marrow cell bank were more satisfied with the classroom teaching(P<0.05).By using the new teaching method,the autonomous learning ability of students,the writing quality of the experiment report,and the result of the electronic picture examination could be improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bone marrow cell bank can help to improve the autonomous learning ability of students,increase their learning channels,and promote the formation of the student-centered teaching model.
