摘要
习近平总书记在中央人才工作会议上指出,人才是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要指标;国家发展靠人才,民族振兴靠人才。人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础,乡村要振兴,也必须靠人才。党的十八大以来,乡村人才队伍建设不断加强,有力支撑了乡村快速发展需要。本研究在简要分析乡村人才发展现状基础上,针对乡村人才队伍建设存在问题,根据新时代人才强国战略实施要求提出政策建议和举措,以期加快推进乡村人才振兴,为乡村全面振兴提供有力人才支撑。
Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,pointed out at the CPC Central Committee’s Conference on Talent Work that talent is an important indicator of comprehensive national strength,and the nation’s development and revitalization depend on talents.Talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization,and the revitalization of the countryside should rely on talents.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the construction of the rural talent pool has been strengthened,which has strongly supported the rapid development of the countryside.Aiming at the implementation of the Strategy of Making China a Talent-strong Country in the new era,the study comprehensively analyzes the current situation of rural talent development and the problems in the construction of talent pool in the countryside.Then,the study puts forward policy suggestions and initiatives for accelerating the revitalization of rural talents,in order to provide strong talent support for the overall rural revitalization.
