摘要
大变局与新征程下深入开展党史学习教育,其重要意义在于:铭记历史伟绩,保持发展定力;汲取历史智慧,保持“赶考”的清醒;传承革命精神,确保革命党本色;坚定理想信念,永葆党的生机活力。建设世界一流学科和一流大学,培养世界一流人才,服务于中华民族伟大复兴,这是大变局与新征程中的高校的时代使命。新时代的高校,要深入扎实开展党史学习教育,传承红色基因为党育人,坚定理想信念为国育才,做好双一流建设应对大变局,做好四个服务高质量服务新征程。高校开展党史学习教育,要坚持树立正确党史观与面向新时代新征程相结合,坚持党史学习教育与教学科研业务工作深度结合,坚持专题学习教育与常规学习相结合,注意科学性与创新性并重,并注重结构性设计和系统性实施。
Under the great changes and the new journey,it is of great significance to carry out in-depth learning and education of party history.Learning the party history can help to keep in mind the great achievements of history and maintain the development determination;absorb the wisdom of history and keep the soberness of“catching up with the exam”;inherit the revolutionary spirit and ensuring the nature of the revolutionary party;firm ideal and faith and to keep the vitality of the party forever.Cultivating world-class talents,building world-class disciplines and universities,and serving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation are the era mission of colleges and universities in the great changes and new journey.In the new era,colleges and universities should deeply and solidly carry out the party history learning and education,inherit the red gene,educate people for the party,firm their ideals and beliefs,educate talents for the country,do a good job in the construction of double world-class,deal with the great changes,and do a good job in the four new journey of high-quality service.In order to carry out the learning and education of party history in colleges and universities,we should adhere to the combination of establishing a correct view of party history and facing the new era and new journey,adhere to the deep combination of the learning and education of party history with teaching and scientific research work,adhere to the combination of special study and education with routine study,pay attention to both scientific and innovative,and emphasize structural design and systematic implementation.

冉亚辉(1977-),男,重庆人,教育学博士,重庆师范大学教育科学学院教授、博士生导师,重庆师范大学研究生院副院长,重庆市突出贡献中青年专家,全国教育基本理论学术委员会委员,全国高等教育学专业委员会理事。先后主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科等省部级以上项目11项,发表论文130余篇,其中SSCI收录1篇,CSSCI收录41篇,出版专著7部,主持获得重庆市社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖、重庆市科学技术奖三等奖。个人代表作有“中国教育基本理论体系研究”三部曲。
