摘要
                
                    以半刺厚唇鱼幼鱼为研究对象进行养殖试验,设置200尾/m^(2)(A)、300尾/m^(2)(B)和442尾/m^(2)(C)3个试验组,每组设3个重复,试验共进行75 d。结果显示:A、B、C组鱼的存活率分别为99.93%,97.87%和95.55%,随着养殖密度的提高,存活率呈下降趋势。3个试验组中,B组体质量与全长增幅最大,日均每尾体质量增加12 mg,日均每尾全长增加3.07 mm。经过75 d的试验,B组43.33%的鱼苗全长≥5 cm,60%的鱼苗体质量≥1 g,该比例显著高于A和C组(P<0.05)。指出,福建地区半刺厚唇鱼幼鱼的养殖密度以300尾/m^(2)为宜。
                
                The culture experiment of different densities were carried out with the juvenile fish of Acrossocheilus hemispinus.There were three experimental groups of 200 fishes/m^(2)(A),300 fishes/m^(2)(B)and 442 fishes/m^(2)(C)with three repetitions in the experiment.The experiment lasted for 75 days.The results showed that the survival rate of test fish in density groups A,B and C was 99.93%,97.87%and 95.55%respectively.With the increasing of the density,the survival rate decreased.Among the three experimental groups,group B(300 fish/m^(2))had the largest growth in both length and weight.The daily average individual weight and length of group B was 12 mg/fish and 3.07 mm/fish.After 75 d,the total length of 43.33%fry in test group B was over 5 cm,the total body mass of 60%fry in test group B was over 1g,which was much higher than that in test groups A and C(P<0.05).Considering all the results,the scientific culture density of Acrossocheilus hemispinus in Fujian is 300 fish/m^(2).
