摘要
新时代文明实践中心建设是加强改进农村基层宣传思想文化工作和精神文明建设,打通宣传群众、教育群众、关心群众、服务群众的“最后一公里”的重要战略布局和公共政策。自2018年开展以来,全国各地响应号召,建设有文明性公共政策传播的多个媒体平台,初步形成多元化的媒体传播机制。新时代文明实践中心建设的传播实践,体现我国在文明性公共政策的传播机制与模式、传播趋势,剖析其传播障碍和问题,可为提升文明性公共政策传播效能献一份力量。
The construction of the civilization practice center in the new era is an important strategic layout and public policy to strengthen and improve the ideological and cultural work of rural grass-roots propaganda and the construction of spiritual civilization, and to get through the "last kilometer" of propaganda, education, care for and service for the masses.Since its launch in 2018, provinces, cities, counties(townships) have responded to the call to build multiple media platforms for the dissemination of civilized public policies, and a diversified media communication mechanism has been initially formed. The communication practice of the construction of the civilization practice center in the new era reflects the communication mechanism, mode and trend of civilized public policy in China. Analyzing its communication obstacles and problems can contribute to improving the communication efficiency of civilized public policy.
