摘要
通过优化冶炼烟尘样品前处理条件,采用离子色谱法,建立了冶炼烟尘中氟、氯、溴和碘4种元素的测定方法。结果表明,在碱熔温度700℃、碱熔时间60 min条件下,样品中氟、氯、溴和碘含量的测定准确度较高。对冶炼烟尘中的氟、氯、溴和碘分别进行了3组加标回收实验和6次平行实验,氟、氯、溴和碘加标回收率为85%~105%,相对标准偏差均小于6%,表明该方法重复性较好。
After the optimization of the pretreatment conditions for offgas dust samples from smelting process,a method was established for determination of fluorine,chlorine,bromine and iodine in the offgas dust by using ion chromatography.The results show that the concentrations of fluorine,chlorine,bromine and iodine in the samples can be determined by alkaline fusion at 700 ℃ for 60 min,showing a high accuracy.Three groups of spike-and-recovery experiment and six parallel experiments were performed for the recovery of fluorine,chlorine,bromine and iodine from the offgas dust sample,showing the recovery rates of fluorine,chlorine,bromine and iodine from the spike-and-recovery experiments were within the range of 85%~105%,with the relative standard deviations all less than 6%,indicating that this method has good repeatability.
