摘要
在数控加工领域,复杂叶轮的加工技术一直是难点。针对特殊精密双层叶轮加工精度要求高,叶片厚度薄且间距小等技术难点,采用Mastercam2019软件编程和MIKRON UCP 800 Duro五轴联动加工中心设备对精密双层叶轮加工技术进行深入的讨论和研究。对精密双层叶轮加工进行工艺规划,并进一步地优化了加工轨迹和刀具加工参数;生成了优化的加工指令,并在仿真软件中对精密双层叶轮进行虚拟仿真,确保加工指令的正确性。最后,通过五轴联动加工中心完成了精密双层叶轮的实体加工,未发生刀具干涉、过切等问题,完全满足叶轮的尺寸精度和表面质量要求,为小而薄的精密双层叶轮加工提供了借鉴。
In the field of NC machining,the machining technology of complex impeller is always difficult.Aiming at the technical difficulties such as high precision requirements,thin blade thickness and small spacing in the machining of special precision double-layer impeller,the machining technology of precision double-layer impeller was deeply discussed and studied by using Mastercam2019 software and MIKRON UCP 800 Duro 5-axis machining center.The machining process planning of precision double-layer impeller was carried out,and the machining path and tool machining parameters were further optimized.The optimized machining process commands were generated,and the machining process of precision double-layer impeller was simulated in software to ensure the correctness of the machining instruction.Finally,the physical machining of the precision double-layer impeller was completed through the 5-axis machining center,and no machining problems such as tool interference and over cutting were found.It fully meets the dimensional accuracy and surface quality requirements of the impeller,and provides a reference for the machining of small and thin precision double-layer impeller.
