摘要
小学生课后延时服务政策是两会期间人大代表共同商讨作出的重大决策。近年来,各省市的中小学校认真贯彻教育部的指示精神,将课后延时服务工作开展得有声有色。但由于是第一个关于课后服务工作的指导性意见,在政策试行的初期阶段不可避免地面临诸多难题,如教师工作负担加重、难以满足家长需求、校园安全隐患突出等困难。为此,剖析小学课后延时服务的政策走向,并在此基础上重新审视各地区校内服务实践过程中存在的问题,找出最优化路径以确保课后延时服务政策的有效落实。
The post-class service policy for elementary school students is a major decision made during the discussion between the representatives of the National People s Congress during the two sessions.In recent years,primary and secondary schools in various provinces and cities have carefully implemented the concept of the Ministry of Education,and post-class services have also been held in a vivid and colorful manner.However,because it is the first guiding opinion on after-school service work,it inevitably faces many difficulties in the initial stage of the policy trial,such as the increased workload of teachers,difficulty in meeting the needs of parents,and prominent campus safety hazards.To this end,this research is devoted to analyzing the policy trend of post-class service in primary schools,and on this basis,re-examine the problems existing in the practice of primary schools in various regions,and try to find the optimal path to ensure the effectiveness of post-class service policies implement.
