摘要
为了确定影响红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)抱卵量、总卵湿质量等抱卵性状的主要可度量性状,实验测量100尾抱卵虾的性状参数,开展相关分析、通径分析和决定系数分析,并建立多元回归方程。相关分析显示,红螯螯虾各可度量性状之间以及可度量性状与其抱卵量和总卵湿质量的相关性均为正相关,且达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。通径分析和决定系数分析结果表明,红螯螯虾头胸甲宽和体质量是影响其抱卵量的主要性状;红螯螯虾的第一腹节宽对其总卵湿质量有决定性作用。以上研究结果可以为红螯螯虾亲本性状选择和形态辅助育种提供理论依据。
In order to determine the main measurable characters affecting pleopodal egg traits of redclaw crayfish(Cherax quadricarinatus),such as the amount of eggs laid and the wet weight of eggs,the parameters of 100 pleopodal egg crayfish were measured.Then correlation analysis,path analysis and analysis of coefficient of determination were carried out to establish the multiple regression equations.Correlation analysis showed that the correlations between the measurable traits,correlations between the measurable traits and the amount of eggs laid and correlations between the measurable traits and the wet weight of eggs were positive and extremely significant(P<0.01).Path analysis and analysis of coefficient of determination showed that width of carapace and body weight of redclaw crayfish were the main traits affecting the amount of eggs laid,and the width of promerous of redclaw crayfish was decisive for the total wet weight of eggs.The results of the aforementioned study can provide theoretical basis and guidance for parent selection and morphological assisted breeding of redclaw crayfish.
